Construction Hoist SC100/100

The SC100/100 construction hoist is a type of construction hoist (freight elevator) driven by gears and racks. It has remarkable features such as advanced technical performance, safe and reliable use, and convenient maintenance. It is mainly used for the vertical transportation of construction goods in high-rise buildings. This elevator can be divided into two types: manned operation and unmanned operation (with a dedicated driver), which can save labor costs.

l  Standard Section

Made of seamless steel pipes, angle steel, and steel pipes welded with robotic automation for safety and interchangeability. Surface treated with spray coating for rust resistance and durability.

l  Cage

Welded from national standard steel. The top has a safety exit for installation/maintenance personnel. Equipped with electrical interlock devices.

l  Safety System

Mainly includes weight limiter, anti-fall safety device, and various limit switches.

l  Drive System

Composed of drive motor, drive plate, and anti-fall safety device. The drive plate is connected to the cage via sensors, providing power for hoist operation.

l  Control System

Available in standard or intelligent control. Standard requires a dedicated operator; intelligent control allows one-touch operation to desired floors without an operator.
