The batching machine's storage bin is used for centralized storage and feeding of materials. The aggregate diameter measurement bin is measured by an electronic scale and then conveyed to the waiting bin by a flat belt conveyor. The waiting bin enters the main machine through a pneumatic door for stirring. Cement and fly ash are respectively conveyed to the cement weighing hopper by screw conveyors for cumulative or individual weighing. After weighing, they enter the main unit through butterfly valves for mixing. Water and additives are pumped into the metering hopper for measurement and then sent to the main unit for stirring through the pipeline pump. The well-mixed concrete is discharged through the main door opening and then enters the conveying equipment.
