Product Working Principle

The HCR series impact rammer is powered by a gasoline engine. Through gears and connecting rods, it drives the piston rod to compress the spring, generating an impact force through reciprocating motion. It features small size, light weight, flexibility, and excellent edge compaction.

Product Application Scope

The HCR series is suitable for compacting clay, silt, and modified concrete but not suitable for sand, gravel, crushed stone, or stone powder. It is widely used in road construction, bridge foundations, building construction, dam reservoirs, and farmland reservoirs. It is particularly suitable for narrow spaces like indoor floors, courtyards, and trenches, where large compaction machinery cannot operate.
