Hubei Zhongli Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. was the predecessor of Hubei Engineering Machinery Factory. It was established in 1969 and is a designated manufacturer of construction engineering machinery produced by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. The company has passed ISO9001 quality management system certification and German CE quality certification, and is one of the first companies in the same industry to obtain 3C certification; in 2018, it obtained the Hubei High-tech Enterprise Certificate; in 2022, it obtained the provincial specialized and specialized new technology enterprise certificate; and in honorary president unit of Xiangyang Crane Machinery Association. The company has now formed a series of subsidiaries, including Nanning Qianfan Construction Equipment Co., Ltd. and Guangxi Nanning Xiangfan Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd. It produces series of brand products such as Sanfan, Qiangfan, and Xiangfan respectively.
